MetaboRise Health is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from MetaboRise Health.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for any lawful reason, including product availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, payment issues, or other circumstances affecting our ability to fulfill the order.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order can be fulfilled.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because orders may move quickly into fulfillment, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellation requests can be accommodated after an order is placed.

If we make a material change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

Due to the nature of health and wellness products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours at claire@metaborisehealth.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review the matter and make it right when appropriate.

Products purchased through the Services are intended for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice.

The price charged for a product will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, displayed product prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information for purchases made through the Services.

You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you submit is accurate.

You agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including applicable product prices, shipping charges, and taxes.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders are fulfilled by our U.S.-based fulfillment partner and typically ship within 2–5 business days after order confirmation.

Standard shipping typically takes approximately 5–10 business days after fulfillment. Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location.

You will receive tracking information by email when available once your order has shipped.

All fulfillment and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, natural events, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact claire@metaborisehealth.com with your order number so we can investigate.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services, including trademarks, logos, branding, text, graphics, photographs, illustrations, video, audio, product descriptions, website design, and other content, are owned by or licensed to MetaboRise Health and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

MetaboRise Health is powered by Shopify, which provides technology that enables us to operate the online store and provide the Services.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and MetaboRise Health.

Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by MetaboRise Health and is not responsible for fulfillment, product quality, customer service, or disputes relating to purchases made from MetaboRise Health.

Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes certain information relating to your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve its services.
