Shipping policy

Orders are fulfilled by our U.S.-based fulfillment partner and typically ship within 2–5 business days of order confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after fulfillment. Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, email claire@metaborisehealth.com with your order number and we’ll look into it.
